Claude Cowork, PostProxy, Google Business Profile

TL;DR
What did Nico (AI Ranking) use Claude Cowork for?
An AI search creator connected Claude Cowork to Google Business Profile through PostProxy's MCP connector, then uses short prompts to reply to good reviews, draft careful replies to bad ones, and turn blog pages into Google posts before scheduling the routine. In the video the post goes live on the catering business's profile with a working "learn more" button linking back to the page.
What they did
They connected the Google Business Profile (and the business's most active social account) in PostProxy, created an API key, and added PostProxy's MCP URL as a custom connector in Claude Cowork. They checked it by asking for the last three reviews and matching them with the live profile. For four- and five-star reviews, Claude writes a short warm reply that thanks the person by name and mentions something they said. For reviews under four stars it only drafts a calm, non-defensive reply that invites the customer to get in touch directly. It also turns a website page into a Google post under the length limit with a call to action. Once each step works by hand, they schedule it.

Worth knowing
- Claude Cowork needs a paid Claude plan. Give it a short guide to the business first so replies don't sign off with the wrong name. AI is bad at counting characters, so they aim for about 1,400 characters against the 1,500 limit. Do each task manually once before scheduling it.
- Price check: Claude: free plan; Pro: US$20/month, or US$17/month on a yearly plan (US$200/year) (checked Nov 1, 2026).

Check my Google Business Profile for 4- and 5-star reviews I haven't replied to. For each, write a short, warm reply in my brand voice: thank them by name, mention something they said and invite them back, in two or three sentences. For anything under 4 stars, only draft a calm, non-defensive reply that apologizes and invites them to contact us at [phone], and wait for my approval.
