Podcast host dictates a prompt and has Claude rebuild their guest signup in Make

What they did

They used ChatGPT to plan the workflow, then dictated the build prompt with Wispr Flow instead of typing it, cleaned up the text and handed it to Claude. Claude asked clarifying questions before building. The finished Make workflow connects Calendly to their Monday.com boards, where they keep separate Guest Tracking and Episode List boards, and covers email alerts and bookings that already existed. They had to work through a Calendly connection issue along the way.

How it went

The guest signup part is finished and Claude wrote an onboarding guide for it. Guest prep emails and the rest of the podcast production steps are still to come.
