ChatGPT, Google Sheets

Doing the work of 3 people
TL;DR
What did @SunnyvaleSBay use ChatGPT for?
Every night ChatGPT pulls the company's completed orders, checks them against CRM entries, drafts invoices in the accounting system for review and logs them in a Google Sheet, while other jobs file NDAs and fill in insurance requirements. They say about 20 of these jobs now run and that they are doing the work of 3 people in less time.
What they did
A nightly ChatGPT job reviews completed order forms against the CRM for mistakes, creates draft invoices in the accounting system and writes each deal name and amount to a Google Sheet. Another scheduled prompt marks which invoices were sent. A weekly job reads completed contracts and fills insurance requirements into the CRM, and another files NDAs from email into the right customer folder. They also had it order laptops for new hires using accounts they were logged into.
How it went
They say about 20 of these jobs now run and that they are doing the work of 3 people in less time.

Worth knowing
- They had to remind it to file the receipts. Keep invoices as drafts you review, and think hard before letting an AI use a company card or bank login.

Every weekday at 7pm: look at today's completed orders in [order system]. Compare each one with the matching record in [CRM] and list any mismatches in amount, customer or line items. For orders with no mismatches, create a draft invoice in [accounting tool] but do not send it. Then add the deal name and amount to [Google Sheet] and send me a short summary.
