TL;DR

What did William Zhang use Claude for?

A real estate agent connected Claude to Follow Up Boss so it ranks who to follow up with each morning, adds leads from text-message screenshots or voice, and rewrites generic drip sequences around their own videos. They say they now rarely open the Follow Up Boss interface and the CRM stays up to date.

What they did

They ask Claude "who in my CRM should I follow up with today?" and a skill scores every lead the same way each morning into hot, warm, and cool, with recent activity such as opens. To add a lead they upload a screenshot of a text conversation, or dictate one, and Claude creates the contact with the conversation as notes. They also had Claude replace the generic sequences a consultant set up with follow-ups built around their own YouTube videos.

How it went

They say they now rarely open the Follow Up Boss interface and the CRM stays up to date.

Worth knowing

  • Follow Up Boss already shows this data, so the gain is organizing it the way they want. They also sell setup services and a course, which the video mentions.
  • Price check: Claude: free plan; Pro: US$20/month, or US$17/month on a yearly plan (US$200/year) (checked Nov 1, 2026).

Here is an export of my leads with their last activity [paste]. Score each one as hot, warm, or cool using the same rules every time: [your rules, e.g. replied in last 7 days, opened listings, stated timeline]. Then list today's follow-ups with one suggested text for each.
