Seller of one-of-a-kind products turns handwritten notes into client quotes with Claude

What they did

They had paid HubSpot and Odoo contractors to run their sales system. Now they write a quote out by hand and have Claude turn it into a professional quote for the client. They also exported their 10,000-plus product listings and descriptions and built their own database from them, so they can pull comparable items for new quotes and get descriptions written in their style.

How it went

Writing a quote used to take a couple of hours and now takes about a minute. They can check the output against their own product history.
