THEIR CLAIM

About 4 minutes per lead at 15 to 20 leads a week

TL;DR

What did u/iaminDigital use n8n for?

A business owner wrote down every task they repeated for two weeks, found 23, and moved lead routing, email triage and weekly reports into n8n. They say they "stopped building these by hand entirely" for weekly reports and only open the action-required email bucket.

What they did

After a two-week log of repeated tasks, they built n8n workflows that send each new form lead through Firecrawl enrichment into EspoCRM with a Telegram digest, sort every inbox into action required, info or noise, turn one article into five social formats, and send a Google Sheets summary to Telegram every Monday at 8 a.m.

How it went

They say they "stopped building these by hand entirely" for weekly reports and only open the action-required email bucket.

"~4 min saved per lead, 15-20 leads/week."

Worth knowing

  • First drafts that need client history, calls, and judgment calls stay with them. Claude helps with drafts, "but the briefing still needs a human." The social reformatting output "isn't always perfect."
  • Price check: n8n: no free plan; Starter: US$24/month, or US$20/month on a yearly plan (US$240/year) (checked Oct 26, 2026); Claude: free plan; Pro: US$20/month, or US$17/month on a yearly plan (US$200/year) (checked Nov 1, 2026).

Here is a list of tasks I repeated over the last two weeks, with how often and how long each took: [list]. Sort them into ones a no-code automation tool could do alone, ones that need a person to approve, and ones that should stay manual, and rank the first group by time saved.

  • u/kaancata (Reddit, Jun 17, 2026): Uses n8n to keep client folders current with emails, meeting transcripts and report exports, so Claude Code or Codex starts each session with the latest context.
  • u/Weird_Decision7758 (Reddit, Jun 19, 2026): Connected Claude Code to an Obsidian vault as a "second brain" and uses n8n to feed in emails, texts and Telegram voice notes, then has Claude Code do the reporting.
