TL;DR

What did u/kaancata use Claude Code for?

A consultant gives every client a project folder with meeting notes, current-state docs, an AGENTS.md and a CONNECTION.md, so Claude Code or Codex can pick up work without a re-briefing. They say "Next session, we can pick up from there without me explaining the business again." They use it to ask questions like why inquiries aren't turning into sales, pull campaign and CRM data, and then make the agreed change.

What they did

Each client has a workspace holding their business context, meeting notes that explain past decisions, and current-state documents, with the original material kept for checking. An AGENTS.md holds instructions for that client and a CONNECTION.md explains how to reach their systems and which accounts are theirs, pointing to credentials stored elsewhere. Scripts for recurring work live in the same project, and changes are logged with what changed and how it was checked.

How it went

They say "Next session, we can pick up from there without me explaining the business again." They use it to ask questions like why inquiries aren't turning into sales, pull campaign and CRM data, and then make the agreed change.

Worth knowing

  • They still make the commercial decisions. Credentials are kept separate from the notes, and connecting each client system can be its own job.
  • Price check: Claude: free plan; Pro: US$20/month, or US$17/month on a yearly plan (US$200/year) (checked Nov 1, 2026).

Read the files in this client folder (notes, current-state docs, AGENTS.md). Summarize where things stand, list decisions made so far and why, and tell me what's missing from AGENTS.md that you'd need to work on this client without asking me.
