THEIR CLAIM

Thousands of hours of research

TL;DR

What did Life After Iron use ChatGPT for?

A HighLevel agency consultant uses ChatGPT to review contracts and merge client CSVs, and had Claude build a one-click social post maker. They say making social posts became much simpler, and that the two tools have saved a lot of research time.

What they did

The consultant uses ChatGPT to summarize contracts and name the biggest risks before signing, to merge two CSV exports for a client into one file for HighLevel, and to fix chatbot prompts. They asked Claude to build a small tool where they pick one of three weekly post themes and a goal, type a couple of sentences about a photo, and gets three post versions. They also use Claude for branded PDFs for clients and are trying Manus to pull prospect lists from directories.

How it went

They say making social posts became much simpler, and that the two tools have saved a lot of research time.

"Those tools chat GPT and Claude have saved me thousands of hours of research."

Worth knowing

  • A client on Claude's free plan couldn't build the same post tool. Manus's free tier pulled 30 prospects from a list of 3,000 before credits ran out. A ChatGPT contract summary is a plain-English read, not legal advice, so have a lawyer check anything that matters.
  • Price check: ChatGPT: free plan; Go: US$8/month (checked Nov 1, 2026); Claude: free plan; Pro: US$20/month, or US$17/month on a yearly plan (US$200/year) (checked Nov 1, 2026); Canva: free plan; Canva Pro: US$18/month, or US$12/month on a yearly plan (US$144/year) (checked Oct 26, 2026).
