A week of posting done in about an hour on Sunday
TL;DR
What did Amy Suto use Claude for?
An author connected Claude to the SocialBu scheduler so one Sunday session writes and queues a week of posts for LinkedIn, X, Threads and Instagram. She says "The whole routine takes an hour on Sunday, maybe less." Her Instagram dashboard for Aug 22 to Sep 20, 2026 shows "1.1M views" and "15.6K new followers" with no ad spend.
What they did
She set up a Claude project loaded with her books and Substack posts, then added SocialBu as a custom MCP connector. Every Sunday Claude drafts posts for LinkedIn, X, Threads and Instagram and schedules them in SocialBu, putting the link in the first comment. She reviews the SocialBu queue and asks for edits by sending a screenshot. For short videos, Claude drafts TikTok scripts, she records with the CapCut teleprompter, and Claude Code adds captions.

Here are three of my recent articles: [paste]. Write a week of posts from them: one LinkedIn post, two X posts, two Threads posts and one Instagram caption per article, in my voice, each with a hook in the first line. Put links in a separate 'first comment' line instead of the post body, and list a suggested day and time for each.
