A student who runs a Shopify ceramics store connected Claude to it and runs one weekly prompt that lists products with missing or short descriptions and drafts on-brand replacements for approval. Claude caught two forgotten draft products with empty descriptions. They say "What used to take me almost two hours of copywriting, editing, and formatting now takes maybe 4 minutes."
What they did
They added Shopify in Claude's connector settings and approved access. Each week they ask Claude to search the store for products with no description or fewer than 50 words, list them, and write 100 to 150 word replacements in the brand voice (warm, handcrafted, slightly playful), mentioning the studio and gifting, and to show everything before changing anything. They approve the drafts they like and Claude updates the store. They also batch a week of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest copy in one Sunday session.
